Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy

We are currently only taking/shipping orders within the USA. No international sales.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and are usually sent out the day after they are received. Next day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders generally arrive 3-10 business days after being placed.

We are unable to accommodate order comments such as "Leave on the porch" etc.

Skylight Tack is not responsible for shipping delays. Skylight Tack does not refund for deliveries that are past the expected delivery date. Skylight Tack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The delivery of the goods by Seller to the carrier at the point of origin shall constitute delivery of the goods to Buyer and thereafter the shipment of the goods shall be at Buyer’s risk. All claims and allowances for damage to the merchandise incurred in transit must be filed against and presented to the carrier by Buyer.

Custom orders generally go out within 3 business days depending on how many customs are in the que. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship.
